A project dealing with the social implications of the Covid-19 pandemic

GLOBAL MASK is a project of the department International Programmes in Sustainable Developments in cooperation with graphic designer Jana Frantal and fashion designer Anna Schwarz, photographed by artist Ana Loureiro Fernandes.
It deals with the individual and social ambivalences we experience in wearing masks for protection against the virus.
The GLOBAL MASK consists of a white cotton mask with printed text on it, and a pouch of the same material to stow the mask and possibly a hand sanitizer, a disposable glove, and a postcard or flyer.

It is about walking across Europe to understand regional experiences of Climate Change. Katharina Gsöllpointner has been invited to become a member of the Climate Walk’s knowledge association.
